Le client est le partenaire informatique et technologique d’une grand réseau bancaire français. Il assure la conception, la fabrication et la maintenance du système d’information bancaire.
The Product Owner will support a customer organization in defining and prioritizing business requirements.
He/she ensures that the technical team's developments are aligned with the interests and needs of the business within the agile methodological framework. He/she is committed to respecting agile values and principles, while remaining flexible and open to the team's possibilities for improvement.
Your mission if you accept it...
- You will be responsible for product planning in an empirical context.
- You will prepare and lead workshops to gather and define requirements
- You will be in charge of building the Product Backlog to maximize product value
- Write epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- You will prepare and participate in the management of the functional acceptance test
- You will propose effective management techniques to define the product objective and effectively manage the Product Backlog.
- You will facilitate the management of exchanges with the various stakeholders
- You will collaborate with the Scrum Masters and the technical teams to improve the organization's agility.
- You will help all parties optimize their interactions to maximize the value created by the agile team.
Profile / Expectations
- Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des entreprises ayant une forte culture numérique, dont 2 en tant que Product Owner ou Business Analyst dans une équipe agile.
- Vous témoignez d’un rôle de Product Owner, Business Analyst ou facilitateur dans un projet agile pour lequel vous avez pratiqué et acquis les principes fondamentaux de l’agilité.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.

- English preferred, other languages and cultures appreciated.
- Vous avez une certification Scrum / SAFe.
- You are familiar with agile and scalable agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- You are familiar with tools and their implementation in agile projects (Azure DevOps, JIRA Software, Confluence, etc.).
- You have knowledge of IT development practices (XP, DevOps, UX/UI, CI/CD, testing and documentation practices, etc.).
- Vous avez déjà une première expérience dans la conception, la fabrication et la maintenance d’un système d’information bancaire en ligne (app mobile, intranet bancaire).
